Promatrix stellt die Form und die Kunststoffprodukte im eigenen Werk her. Alle Prozessschritte vom Engineering, \u00fcber die Bearbeitung bis zum Spritzguss sind auf kurze Durchlaufzeiten ausgelegt. Dadurch k\u00f6nnen wir innerhalb von vier Wochen die Aluminiumform liefern und den Spritzguss testen. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

Bei der Herstellung einer Prototypenform suchen wir immer den effizientesten Weg zur Herstellung der endg\u00fcltigen Prototypenserie. Ihre Produktzeichnung wird von unseren CAD-Ingenieuren bis ins kleinste Detail in einen Formenentwurf umgesetzt. Unsere Ingenieure w\u00e4hlen den richtigen Aufbau und entwerfen eine gut funktionierende Form f\u00fcr Ihre Prototypen. <\/div>\n

Ist der Entwurf fertig? Dann wird f\u00fcr jede Formkomponente ein CAM-Programm f\u00fcr die CNC-Fr\u00e4smaschinen erstellt. Die Herstellung der Komponenten kann beginnen. <\/div>\n

Montage der Form<\/h2>\n
Sobald die Einzelteile hergestellt sind, werden sie in unserer Montageabteilung zusammengesetzt. Hier arbeiten echte Werkzeugmacher. Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Teile genau zusammenpassen und ein perfektes Endprodukt entsteht. Dann ist Ihre Form fertig. <\/div>\n

Spritzguss<\/h2>\n
Die Spritzgussmaschine wird passend zum Produktformat ausgew\u00e4hlt. Wir verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber verschiedene Spritzgussmaschinen mit einer Schlie\u00dfkraft von 6 Tonnen bis 1300 Tonnen. Nun k\u00f6nnen wir mit der Herstellung Ihres Endprodukts beginnen. <\/div>\n

Branchen & Beispiele<\/h2>\n

Die Formen, die Promatrix herstellt, sind zum gro\u00dfen Teil Testformen (auch Prototypformen genannt). Meistens m\u00f6chte der Kunde die Funktionsweise des Produkts testen. In der Automobilindustrie kommt Prototyping h\u00e4ufig zum Einsatz, denn bei der Entwicklung von Autos wird nichts dem Zufall \u00fcberlassen. Neu entwickelte Autos werden umfassend getestet, bevor sie auf den Markt kommen. Das bedeutet, dass die meisten Kunststoffteile nach der gleichen Methode hergestellt werden m\u00fcssen wie das Endprodukt. Da die Methode dieselbe ist, kann das Auto uneingeschr\u00e4nkt getestet werden. Promatrix produziert sowohl die Formen als auch die Kunststoffprodukte. Dabei handelt es sich um die verschiedensten Teile, z. B. Sto\u00dfstangen, K\u00fchlergrills, Scheinwerfer und Heckleuchten, aber auch Armaturenbretter, T\u00fcrverkleidungen, Mittelkonsolen, Motorteile und Autospiegel. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
